OnDeck offers a blended approach to career development that includes formal, informal and virtual learning experiences.
Our inspiration for learning initiatives come from our team members. We make learning happen together! Our dedicated Learning and Development Team delivers experiences that elevate our team member’s skills and contribute to our shared success. Those experiences can happen on the job or through more formal events like workshops, discussions, and projects.
In addition to in-house experiences, team members can engage with external learning opportunities through several programs including Tuition Reimbursement, Conferences and Off-sites and LinkedIn Learning.

Developing Managers and Leaders
As leaders can be people managers or individual contributors, we’ve created programs to help our current and aspiring leaders develop their network and skills. Our Leadership Devolopment programs are multi-session learning events that focus on critical leadership skills like problem-solving and change management.
Diversity and Inclusion
Diversity and inclusion are integral to everything we do. Currently we offer Unconscious Bias training to all leaders and plan to extend the learning to all team members. The blended learning program offers participants an opportunity to confront their bias and develop an action plan to commit to creating change.
Supporting Teams
The Learning Team partners with multiple departments to help them deliver effective training by offering everything from consultation to design support. Whether it’s compliance training or technical training we all strive to make learning accessible and engaging for everyone.
